
Full job description
- Basic Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Recording transactions, updating financial statements, and maintaining accounts.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, payments, and maintaining customer and vendor records.
- Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll preparation and processing.
- Reconciling Accounts: Performing bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
- Audit Assistance: Coordinating and assisting with audits.
- Compliance: Assisting with compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
