Job Description:

We are hiring Production Supervisors to manage shop floor operations, workforce, and shift planning in our high-volume production unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide operators and shift workers

• Ensure adherence to production plans

• Monitor machine efficiency and downtime

• Maintain 5S, safety, and discipline on shop floor

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of production KPIs

• Good people management and shift handling skills

• Understanding of lean, TPM, or 5S is preferred

• MS Excel (Production Tracker)

• Any ERP production module
