
What we are looking for
- Completion of a specialized college program, and/or Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration degree, and/or an equivalent level of education and directly related experience.
- Completion of secondary education.
- 0 to 2 years experience in a professional services operations or administration role.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Detailed-oriented, precise and focused on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different geographical locations.
- Technical aptitude for learning functional systems. Intermediate to advanced working level skills in MS Office products. Familiarity with time tracking and project management systems is highly desirable (Kantata is considered an asset).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
