Tool Room Technician

📍 Location: Hosur, Bengaluru, Sriperumbudur
🧑‍💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for Tool Room Technicians to handle mold/die maintenance and tool development for plastic and metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lathe, milling, grinding machines

• Assemble/disassemble injection molds or press tools

• Conduct tool inspections and preventive maintenance

• Coordinate with the production and QC teams

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of press tools, jigs & fixtures

• Precision measurement skills

• Basic tool design understanding

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

• Surface Grinder, EDM, Milling Machine

• Vernier, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge
